Metapop 1.x has been discontinued.

There is a new version for command line called Metapop2 in https://gitlab.com/elcortegano/metapop2, still in alpha state.

This new version does not have all the features of Metapop 1, but includes many others. Unfortunately it is not available with graphical interface.

 

In addition, a bug that affected version 1.0.3 has been detected.

This bug caused that the optimization of the mates was not as good as it should, especially if there were many different subpopulations.

The bug does not affect the population analysis or the determination of the contributions of each population, only to the management of the matings.

 

My sincerest apologies if this bug could have caused any inconvenience.

 

In the event that, despite the bug, someone wants to use the old JAVA version, here is a link to download it.
